Hi, thank you for your message and your positive feedback. YBO's target audience with the IMS are small wholesale businesses without the technical knowledge of programming an API and all the inventory updates are done automatically. As for now we have not put external integration into our software development roadmap and the CSV data import & export features are created for setup and one-time data migration, not for operational processing.

I'm very impressed with your system, which I found through AWS. Its very flexible and robust. I've already been reading through the manual, but many things are intuitive. I am opening a small retail shop, an affiliated mobile shop in a truck, and I have a warehouse. So I have created three locations. My goal is to not have items taken from any location wihout knowing it, and to have all items sold accounted for.

I have many one of a kind items which do not have barcodes, do you have a barcode generator? Or do I need to do that separately. I was going to generate just the identifier code and price on the barcode.

How does one reconcile the inventory items which have been sold from the Square register with YJP? I export a .csv form the days sales. How do I use that .csv to remove items sold in a batch?

Should I take inventory with Square, and export it to YJP or inventory with YJP and export to Square? squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5404-cre...square-point-of-sale

I At each days end, what workflow do you recommend to reconcile the inventory with what has been sold?

Since I'm not using the sales part of your software, I want to somehow batch process my sales from the registers, one at each location. So I export the file in .csv, how to I subtract that inventory from the location? Then quarterly, we will do a count at all three locations. After we export this .csv, what would be the workflow for comparing it to existing inventory to find any shrinkage?

Can you guys use the API to integrate Square with YJP? Another issue I have is I don't have wifi at my warehouse, so is there a way to input items offline? Third, which barcode scanners work the best with YJP. Thanks.
