We like to share with everyone that we have very unpleasant experience dealing with efax.com. They will require for you to provide your credit card details when you set up your account and ignore requests to cancel your account. On purpose they refuse to cancel your account and make it very tedious to cancel just so that they can continue to charge your credit card.
"We are very sorry to inform you that your cancellation request cannot be completed via email. Please contact our chat support or phone support to proceed with the cancellation request.
Cancellation requests can be processed 24/7 by calling (323) 817-3205. You may also visit us online at www.efax.com/cancel (Monday - Friday, 6am-6pm Pacific Time) and an online representative will assist with your cancellation request."
On the cancel page you will find that if you reside outside US they ask you to call to cancel your account. We have called that number without success.
