Adwords getting started and go-to-market plan

The goal of this plan is to lay down a proper Adwords and Analytics foundation that allows your company to execute various marketing campaigns and collect valuable analytics over time.
The main returning issue we see with many of our prospect's Adwords accounts is that the company who is managing their current Adwords account is owning the account and therefore the data collection history of the account. Your company will have to create a new Adwords account so that you will own the data collection history.
To allow others, such as YBO, assist with campaign setup and management, account administrators can be added by email address.
To launch a campaign three fundamental common online marketing activities need to be done.
1) Choose keywords to target. The keywords selection depends on the item or service for sale and target audience demographics.
2) Write a website landing page containing the selected keywords and add a call-to -action button. This can be a purchase button or an information request form submit button.
3) Write ads to glue the keywords and landing pages together. The selected keywords should be used again here writing the ad text.
YBO can assist with all three steps except for the writing of number 2 which should be part of a more broader online marketing strategy and be written by someone who knows your business. If your company chooses to outsource this part, YBO can help with finding a copywriter.
Once your campaign is running we suggest to review keyword and ad performance metrics once a week for the first 4 weeks and then monthly onwards.
The time needed for a minimum Adwords campaign setup is around 4 hours and performance reviews are 1 hour each. Technical support for conversion code placement and Google Analytics integration should be part of the setup.
